Why that is the answer
Disabled parking spaces are strictly reserved for Blue Badge holders who have specific mobility needs. You must never park or wait in these bays without displaying a valid badge, even if you plan to stay in the vehicle or notice other empty disabled bays. Doing so deprives genuine badge holders of accessible parking close to their destination. You must remain patient and wait for a standard parking space to become free.
