Why that is the answer
Turning around in a quiet side road is the safest option because busy high streets carry high risk from oncoming traffic and pedestrians. Performing a U-turn or turn in the road on a main road can cause obstruction and collisions. You should never reverse out of a side road onto a main road, as your visibility will be severely restricted. Always choose a safe, quiet location off the main road to turn around.
