Why that is the answer
The Highway Code allows you to enter a box junction to turn right if your exit road is clear. You can wait in the box if you are only held up by oncoming traffic or other vehicles turning right. Waiting before the junction until all oncoming traffic clears is unnecessary and reduces traffic flow. Always ensure your exit is completely clear before moving in.
