Terms and conditions
These terms apply when you use this website or book a course with Fast Track Driving Lessons. Please read them before booking — booking means you accept them.
Last updated 4 August 2026
1. What we do
Fast Track Driving Lessons arranges intensive and semi-intensive driving courses with independent DVSA approved driving instructors (ADIs) and driving schools. Tuition is delivered by the allocated instructor. We are responsible for arranging your course, taking payment and supporting you throughout it.
2. Booking, prices and payment
- Prices are shown on the course pages and are confirmed before you pay. Course hours are tuition hours and do not include the DVSA test fee unless stated.
- A booking is confirmed when we accept it and take payment or a deposit. Instalment plans, where offered, are provided by a third-party payment provider on their own terms.
- We may adjust prices for future bookings at any time. A confirmed booking is at the price you were shown.
3. Your cancellation rights
- Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you have 14 days from booking to cancel for a full refund, unless you asked us to start the service within that period and it has been fully performed.
- If tuition has started within the 14 days, we may deduct a proportionate amount for hours already delivered.
- After the 14-day period, cancellations more than 14 days before your course start date are refunded less any costs already incurred (such as a booked test or instructor allocation). Closer to the start date, hours already scheduled may not be refundable.
- Lessons cancelled by you with less than 48 hours' notice may be charged as taken.
4. Changes and cancellations by us
Instructor illness, vehicle problems, DVSA test changes and severe weather happen. Where we or your instructor cannot deliver a booked session, we will reschedule it at no extra cost, or refund those hours if rescheduling is not possible within a reasonable period.
5. Your responsibilities
- Hold a valid UK provisional (or full) driving licence and bring it to lessons and tests.
- Be legally and medically fit to drive, and free from alcohol and drugs at every lesson.
- Tell us about any medical condition, conviction or DVLA restriction that affects your entitlement to drive.
- Instructors may end a lesson without refund where a learner is unfit to drive or behaves unsafely or abusively.
6. Pass guarantee and test results
Any pass guarantee is described in full on the pass guarantee page and applies only where its conditions are met. Nobody can guarantee a DVSA test result: the guarantee covers additional tuition or a rebooking as described, not a pass.
7. Liability and law
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected course. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. Nothing here affects your statutory consumer rights.
