Talk to a real person
Questions about course length, availability in your area or an existing booking? Send us a message and we will come back to you, usually the same working day.
What happens after you send a message
Every enquiry is read by a course advisor, not routed into an automated funnel. If you sent a postcode we check instructor availability in your area before replying, so the answer you get is a real one — either the earliest realistic start date and the instructors who could take you, or a straight "not at the moment" with a rough idea of when that changes.
We aim to reply the same working day for messages sent before 4pm, Monday to Friday. Weekend messages are answered on Monday morning. Complaints follow a separate timetable set out in our complaints procedure: we acknowledge within two working days and give a full response within ten.
Tell us these things and we can answer properly
Your postcode
Instructor availability is genuinely local. A postcode turns a vague answer into a specific one.
Manual or automatic
Automatic instructors are scarcer, so lead times are usually a little longer.
Hours behind the wheel
Roughly how much driving you have already done tells us which course length is realistic.
Theory test status
Whether you have passed your theory decides whether we can book a practical test at all.
You might not need to write to us at all
A lot of the questions we get already have a fuller answer on the site: what driving lessons cost, how long each course is, the ways you can pay, our general FAQs, and how refunds work. If you are still at the theory stage, our free theory practice is open to everyone with no account needed.
