Why that is the answer
Motorcyclists and cyclists have a much smaller profile than cars, buses, or lorries, making them far harder to spot at junctions. They can easily be hidden by windscreen pillars, street furniture, or other vehicles. Although riders might not always see you, the main danger is drivers pulling out into their path because they failed to see them. Always take extra time to look twice before emerging.
How this comes up in the real test
