Why that is the answer
Seeing a bicycle tyre between parked cars is an early hazard warning that a cyclist may emerge into your path. You should slow down and be prepared to stop safely. The Highway Code advises taking extra care around vulnerable road users. Never wave the cyclist out, as another hazard could be present, and do not accelerate past or sound your horn aggressively, as this could cause panic or lead to a collision.
How this comes up in the real test
