Why that is the answer
You must stay behind the moped until it has passed the junction. Overtaking and cutting in front of a vulnerable road user to turn left is extremely dangerous and could easily cause a collision. Never use your horn to intimidate other road users or demand way. The Highway Code advises patience near junctions, as cutting across the path of a moped or cyclist puts them at severe risk.
How this comes up in the real test
