Why that is the answer
Motorcyclists are vulnerable because their small profile makes them hard to spot, especially at junctions or in blind spots. Wearing bright or fluorescent clothing during the day, and reflective gear at night, significantly increases their visibility to other road users. Although the Highway Code strongly advises wearing high-visibility clothing to help prevent accidents, doing so is a sensible safety precaution rather than a lawful requirement.
