Why that is the answer
Learner drivers holding a provisional licence must always be accompanied by a qualified driver who is at least 21 years old and has held a full driving licence for at least three years. Learners are allowed to carry more than one passenger, drive at night, and drive up to the legal speed limit for the road, provided they are correctly supervised and displaying L plates as required by the Highway Code.
How this comes up in the real test
