Why that is the answer
Unbalanced wheels mean the weight of the wheel and tyre is not distributed evenly. This causes a wobble that makes the steering wheel vibrate, particularly at higher speeds. A car pulling to one side is usually caused by incorrect wheel alignment or uneven tyre pressures, not wheel balance. Having your wheels balanced at a garage will correct the vibration and prevent premature wear to your tyres and steering components.
