Nothing here reduces your statutory rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 or the Consumer Rights Act 2015. 1. [Home](/) 2. / Refund policy Last updated 4 August 2026 ## 1\. Your 14-day cooling-off period Because you book online, you have 14 days from the day we confirm your booking to change your mind and receive a full refund. Email us within that window and we will process it — no reason needed. If you ask us to start your course inside the 14 days and tuition has already been delivered, we refund what you paid less a proportionate amount for the hours taken and any test fee already paid to the DVSA on your behalf. ## 2\. Refunds after the cooling-off period - More than 14 days before your course start date: refunded in full, less any non-recoverable costs already incurred on your booking (for example a DVSA test fee that cannot be cancelled in time). - 7 to 14 days before your start date: refunded less 25% of the course value, which covers the instructor time already held for you. - Less than 7 days before your start date, or after the course has started: unused hours are refunded less 50% of the value of hours scheduled in the next 7 days. Hours already taken are not refundable. - Add-ons such as test booking fees and fast-track test slots are refundable only where the DVSA itself refunds them. ## 3\. When we cancel If we cannot deliver your course — no instructor available in your area, a vehicle problem we cannot cover, or we cancel for any other reason of our own — you get a full refund of every unused hour, with no deductions, plus the option to be rebooked at the price you originally paid. ## 4\. Failed tests and the pass guarantee A failed practical test is not itself grounds for a refund. Where our pass guarantee applies and its conditions are met, the remedy is the additional tuition or rebooking described on the pass guarantee page rather than a cash refund. ## 5\. How to request a refund Email info@fasttrackdrivinglessons.co.uk with your name, booking reference and the reason for the request. We acknowledge within two working days and confirm the amount in writing before processing. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 14 days of us agreeing them, and usually much sooner. Where you paid by instalments through a third-party provider, the refund is passed back through that provider and their timescales apply. ## 6\. If you disagree with the outcome Ask for the decision to be reviewed under our complaints procedure.
