Being honest here is what gets you the right number of hours. 02 ## We match you to a local instructor We check availability against DVSA-approved instructors covering your postcode, filtered by transmission, and by gender if you have asked for it. You get a name and a start date, not a queue position. 03 ## Book your course and lock a start date Pay in full or across three interest-free instalments. Your start date is held as soon as the deposit clears, and your instructor calls you before the first lesson. 04 ## Drive, mock test, then book the real one Your hours run to a written plan. Timelines depend on instructor availability in your postcode and on DVSA practical test waiting times, which vary by test centre. ## What the booking actually commits you to You are booking a fixed number of hours with a named DVSA-approved instructor, at a fixed hourly rate, with a start date held once your first payment clears. You are not signing up to an open-ended arrangement, and you are not locked in if the instructor is not the right fit — remaining hours move with you at no cost. What we cannot promise is a pass, a specific test date, or a DVSA waiting time. Test slots are allocated by the DVSA and availability varies considerably between centres and across the year. Anyone guaranteeing you a date at a specific centre is guessing on your behalf. What we do control is that your hours are planned, your instructor is verified, and you are told honestly when you are ready — and when you are not. Payment is in full or across three interest-free instalments, and DVSA fees are always paid directly to the DVSA rather than marked up by us.
