If you sent a postcode we check instructor availability in your area before replying, so the answer you get is a real one — either the earliest realistic start date and the instructors who could take you, or a straight "not at the moment" with a rough idea of when that changes. We aim to reply the same working day for messages sent before 4pm, Monday to Friday. Weekend messages are answered on Monday morning. Complaints follow a separate timetable set out in our [complaints procedure](/complaints): we acknowledge within two working days and give a full response within ten. ## Tell us these things and we can answer properly ### Your postcode Instructor availability is genuinely local.
