# Complaints procedure

If something has gone wrong, tell us early. Most problems are fixed with a phone call and a change of instructor or schedule.

## 1\. Step 1 — tell us

Email info@fasttrackdrivinglessons.co.uk with your name, booking reference and what happened. We acknowledge complaints within two working days.

## 2\. Step 2 — investigation

We speak to you and to the instructor, review the booking record and give you a written outcome within 14 working days. If we need longer, we will tell you why and when to expect an answer.

## 3\. Step 3 — escalation

If you are unhappy with the outcome, ask for it to be reviewed by a director. Complaints about an instructor's conduct or standard of instruction can also be raised with the DVSA, which regulates approved driving instructors. Complaints about how we handled your data can be raised with the ICO.
